Clubhouse Venue Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that you follow these venue rules.
Clubhouse is a premium social golf venue designed primarily for adults and guests aged 12 years and over.(Age Restrictions apply after 6pm)
While younger children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult, Clubhouse is not a children's play centre. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, children must remain under active adult supervision at all times and all venue rules must be followed.
Our goal is to provide a premium experience where everyone can relax, enjoy great food and drinks, and have fun in a safe environment.
General
Please follow all directions given by Clubhouse staff.
Disorderly, aggressive, abusive or unsafe behaviour may result in refusal of service or removal from the venue.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to Clubhouse property or equipment.
External food and beverages are not permitted unless prior approval has been given.
Clubhouse accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Golf Simulator Bays
Only one person may hit a golf ball at a time.
Ensure all players and spectators remain outside the hitting area while a shot is being played.
Golf balls must only be hit towards the impact screen.
Misuse of golf clubs, balls or equipment is strictly prohibited.
Darts
Only one player may throw darts at a time.
Darts must only be thrown at the dartboard.
Any unsafe use of darts may result in the session being suspended.
Putting Green
The putting green is intended for putting practice only.
Chipping, pitching or hitting full shots is strictly prohibited.
Golf balls must not be thrown, kicked or used for games.
Running, rough play or horseplay on the putting green is not permitted.
Please be mindful of other guests using the putting green and wait your turn when necessary.
Children may only use the putting green while actively supervised by a responsible adult.
Children at Clubhouse
Children under 13 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Parents and guardians must remain within sight of children at all times. Clubhouse staff are not responsible for supervising children.
Children may only use golf bays, darts or the putting green while actively participating with their booked group.
The venue is not to be used as a play area. Running, chasing, climbing, shouting, horseplay, throwing golf balls or other disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
Children must not wander the venue or enter other golf bays, dart lanes or private function areas.
Large groups of children must remain with their booked group and under appropriate adult supervision at all times.
If staff determine that children are not being adequately supervised, parents or guardians will be asked to immediately address the behaviour.
Clubhouse reserves the right to suspend activities, remove individuals from the venue or end a booking without refund where unsafe behaviour or inadequate supervision continues.
Age Restrictions
Guests under the age of 18 are welcome until 6:00pm when accompanied by a responsible adult.
From 6:00pm onwards, Clubhouse is strictly 18+. Valid physical photo identification may be required upon entry.
Food & Beverage
Alcohol will only be served in accordance with Queensland liquor licensing laws.
Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and may be asked to leave the venue.
Please drink responsibly and respect other guests.
Private Functions
Function organisers are responsible for the behaviour of their guests throughout the event.
Where children are attending a private function, the organiser must ensure they are adequately supervised at all times.
Clubhouse reserves the right to suspend activities or end a function if unsafe behaviour occurs.
