You can do better. Here are Christmas party ideas for every kind of group, from the five-person office to the 150-person company blowout.

For the work team that needs to actually talk to each other

Most teams spend all year emailing the person who sits three metres away. Christmas is the one night they're meant to bond, so don't sit them in a row and hope for the best.

Give them something to do instead. A golf simulator challenge or a darts tournament gets accounts and sales trash-talking each other within ten minutes, which is the most teamwork you'll see all year.

For the small team (8 to 20 people)

Small teams are perfect for a proper competition. Book a couple of golf bays and a darts bay, put out sharing platters, and run a closest-to-the-pin leaderboard all night. Winner gets bragging rights until next December. Loser does the coffee run in January.

For the "we don't golf" crowd

Good news: neither do most people who book a golf simulator. Our games are built for beginners. The long drive is mostly swinging hard and hoping, and darts party games let a first-timer beat the self-declared pub champion. It happens weekly.

For the friends' catch-up

Friday and Saturday nights at 5:30pm, our Bottomless sessions give your group a private golf or darts bay with food and drinks served while you play. It's the Christmas catch-up where nobody has to split the bill seven ways at the end.

At this size, you want the whole venue. We'll give you the run of the place, with 7 golf simulator bays (6 ProTee and 1 Trackman), 6 interactive darts bays, the bar and the food. Hosts run the games so the organiser can actually have a drink.
